Hello!
This is just a little update post about what's been going on in Programming. I can't believe tomorrow marks 2 weeks since school started! I feel like I've already learned a good amount of basics, and I'm ready to keep advancing!
In this little amount of time, I've created this blog and several posts, been creative with ASCII art, played around on trinket.io, and learned several chapters on pythonroom!
So far in pythonroom, I've gone through:
-displaying output
-variables
-inputs
-data types
Although most of it is pretty simple, I have had some problems with missing or having an extra space/parentheses/period. I have been able to get through it with some trial+error and the help of my fellow classmates. There have also been some glitches on the site itself, like not letting me add new lines. One time it literally said "expected output = x" and "your output = x", which was really frustrating. Whenever it glitches, you have to completely refresh the site and reset the problem, or simply wait until the glitch clears up.
I'm now moving on into math operators!
Will give weekly updates as the semester progresses!
